This vacationer was driving around The Netherlands and came upon this scene on the River Wecht. Now they have a permanent reminder of a special vacation they enjoyed together.
Jean and Jim spent a week in Barcelona last year. Now they have a daily glimpse of a part of Parc Guel which was built by Antonio Gaudi 100 years ago. This 11 x 14 was mounted on cradle board and hung on the wall without a frame.
Viki P. said her favorite Greek isle is Antiparos. Her husband surprised her with a painting for Christmas -- a watercolor of the taverna where they enjoyed a romantic lunch together.
Mike moors his sailboat at Belmont Harbor in Chicago. Every time he sails he goes by this old structure in Lake Michigan.
Now he enjoys the view when he is not sailing.
